Found this place on a recent trip to Mt Tamborine. Very quaint and enjoyable especially with the rain and clouds rolling in. Our food was good. Hubby's beef pie was well to his liking with flaky pastry and meaty chunks. My Caesar salad was served deconstructed which was unexpected. The coffees were nice. Service was friendly but slow. Cost for 2 meals with coffees was $56. We would definitely visit this coffee shop again but I won't order the Caesar salad next time. Visited again last weekend. Menu has changed. I ordered soup, hubby ordered a burger. Tasty enough but nothing spectacular. At $26 the burger was overpriced. Lovely atmosphere but not sure we'll visit again.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this venue. The atmosphere was great. Staff were were amazing and efficient. Food was delicious! I also got to sing in their chapel next door and it was awesome! The acoustics were perfect. This would be an ideal venue for a wedding service and reception. Thank You!

I have lived on Tamborine Mountain for 22 years and have never visited this location before, I went for breakfast this weekend with a friend and OMG what a hdden GEM !!! from the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was absoulutly Amazing, freshly cooked & so yummy, we then decided to have a walk around the stunning gardens and came across the Memory Lane vintage & old wares shop, then after buying a few goodies we decided to stay for cake & tea, again very yummy, Service was 5 star !!!! Thank you so much to all the team for making our visit so wonderful and we will definatly be back!!! Rach & Luci

What a treat to come across the Grand Chameleon nestled in beautiful gardens with the trickling water fountains to add to the ambience. Starting with a ”great“ coffee and the best dirty chai ever! Not sickly sweet like chai quite often is, this was really enjoyable and tasty. Next order our zucchini fritters with poached eggs, spinach, halloumi and chutney…. Delicious
